Product Orders

Any orders are placed through this website and are subject to SMOKE AND HAND GRENADES acceptance. This means that SMOKE AND HAND GRENADES can refuse to accept or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed for not and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, SMOKE AND HAND GRENADES will issue you a refund to the amount that has been charged to the card. Customers placing orders via phone agree to these terms and conditions along with SMOKE AND HAND GRENADES Privacy Policy. Customers placing orders via phone also agree to be automatically signed up as a member to receive our monthly email updates containing new styles, offers, discounts, and promotions that may be happening. Customers placing order via phone may use promotional codes and gift cards. Checks that are returned will have a $25 fee assessed to them. SMOKE AND HAND GRENADES also reserves the right to call and confirm funds are available. All orders placed online or via phone are subject to our Return Policy. Please note some returns may result in store credit.
